Prediction & Forecasting, as an agentic skill, is the capability of an AI agent to estimate future values, probabilities, trends, or likely outcomes from historical data, current signals, and contextual assumptions.

In human–AI work, this skill can generate projected scenarios for review or support decisions where the human professional interprets consequences, evaluates risks, and retains accountability for the final judgment.
