Text Generation as an Agentic Skill

Text Generation is an agentic skill that enables an AI agent to compose, rewrite, and edit natural-language material such as reports, summaries, correspondence, documentation, and instructional content.

When a task or subtask requires producing readable prose rather than merely retrieving or analyzing information, this skill can be selected to transform inputs, instructions, and constraints into coherent written output.

It is useful for drafting initial versions, adapting wording for different audiences, and refining existing text, but the resulting content still needs to be checked for accuracy, relevance, tone, and professional suitability.

In human–AI work, Text Generation may either reduce manual writing effort or support a professional who supplies the purpose, source material, and quality criteria before reviewing and finalizing the text.
